A brow pencil with razor-sharp, precise line. Featured ingredients A long-lasting formula product that stays clean even with water, sweat, and oil. How to use 1. Before using eyeliner, apply powder or eyeshadow to sufficiently remove oil from the eye area.
2. Fill in the empty gaps between the eyelashes, then draw the eyeliner according to the shape of your eyes.
3. When you have used up all the content, twist the bottom part to use the rest of the eyeliner.
4. Quickly blend it like a shadow on the aegyo-sal, under-eye triangle zone, and double eyelid line to create a three-dimensional eye shape.

| How to Use | 1. Apply some powder or eye shadow on the eye areas to remove any oiliness before using eyeliner. 2. Fill in the sparse areas between the eyelashes and then gently draw a line along the waterline. 3. Turn the bottom of the pencil to roll up the lead. 4. When the tip of the lead gets blunt, use the built-in sharpener at the bottom of the pencil. 5. To use it as an eye shadow, apply the liner to the eye area and then blend in to soften the pigment. |
