How to use

1. Cleanse your feet.
2. Apply the printed side of the natural sap to the adhesive sheet, aligning the two sheets as closely as possible.
3. Apply the adhesive sheet from step 2 to the soles of your feet or areas of concern (such as the waist, cervical spine, and palms).
*Apply before bed.
4. After removing, rinse with clean water. The patch will turn light brown.
