My grandfather, a proud Greek-born inhabitant of Sparta–known affectionately as Pappouli–would take daily respite from the bustle of his family restaurant by sipping ouzo with his coffee, sometimes a bit too deeply, and often slipping into an afternoon nap. He would have relished our latest aquatic scent, Santorini: a sumptuous fusion of ouzo, accented by a glowing lemon zest, brimming with a captivating, nightfall-evoking aroma.
